01 / PROCUREMENT
Choose the surface before choosing a logo method
Bag textures, coatings, panels and windows affect where a logo can be placed and which branding method may be appropriate. Ask the team to assess your selected model and artwork together. Do not assume every decoration method suits every PVC or TPU construction or provides the same result.
Review the product and factory evidence
Use the published product collection, workshop and company materials, and customization overview as references. Ask for order-specific details before approval.
02 / PROCUREMENT
Send artwork that explains the intended result
Provide a vector file if available, along with your preferred logo dimensions, position and color references. If you only have a raster image, send the highest-quality version and ask whether preparation is needed. Include an annotated product image when placement is critical; it reduces ambiguity before sampling.
03 / PROCUREMENT
Evaluate appearance and use conditions on a sample
Check scale, alignment, contrast, legibility and how the logo appears when the bag is closed and carried. Describe the handling and exposure conditions relevant to your customers. Request appropriate print or decoration checks where required, rather than treating approval of a digital mockup as evidence of finished-product durability.
04 / PROCUREMENT
Keep the order scope clear
State the quantity by model and color, artwork variation and destination. If you also need labels, inserts or retail packaging, include those in the brief. Logo-only work is a useful route for promotions and established product lines; a change to the bag dimensions or construction should be reviewed as a fuller custom project.
Choose the right sourcing route
| Route | Best fit | Prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Logo-only customization | Keep the established bag construction | Artwork, size, location and colors |
| Collection branding | Add retail labels and packing as well | Continue to private label planning |
The quotation confirms the scope for your selected model and order.
