01 / PROCUREMENT REVIEW
Choose the unit-packing arrangement
Explain how the customer receives the bag and how the retailer stores or displays it. Specify whether you need a basic protective pack, a printed insert or another proposed presentation. Identify dimensions and materials if your retail channel has a required format. Ask for feasibility and a sample review rather than assuming an existing bag price includes custom packaging. Keep the product sample and the packaging sample associated with the same approval revision.
Review the supporting information
Factory photographs show the DryCross workshop. Use the sample approval checklist to record requirements for your exact order.
02 / PROCUREMENT REVIEW
Supply approved label and barcode information
Provide the brand artwork, model name, capacity label, variant identifier and barcode data your business is authorized to use. The factory should not invent a retail barcode identity or product certification mark. State placement and readability requirements and approve the final files. If labels differ by color or size, use a version table so each piece of artwork maps to the correct bag and quantity in the order.
03 / PROCUREMENT REVIEW
Match instructions to the actual construction
Closure, care and intended-use text should describe the selected model and its supported conditions. Review any translated instructions and water-protection claims before approving print. A materials report or a certificate for another product does not justify an immersion claim on the package. Identify destination or sales-channel labeling requirements early and request the relevant review. Keep uncertain claims out of the final artwork until evidence for the actual product is available.
04 / PROCUREMENT REVIEW
Define carton allocation and destination markings
List how many units of each variant go into a carton and whether mixed cartons are permitted. State carton labels, order references and any receiving-location requirements. Ask for the proposed carton measurements and shipment details after the product and unit packaging are defined. A photograph of factory cartons or an existing unit-package measurement is not a confirmed freight specification for your order. Review shipping responsibilities in the quotation.
05 / PROCUREMENT REVIEW
Approve one coordinated packing record
Create an approval set containing bag identity, label revision, insert text, barcode data, unit pack and carton plan. Check the sample arrangement against that set before bulk packing. Identify who approves changes and how obsolete artwork will be excluded from a reorder. Request separate confirmation for custom packaging costs and quantities. When a future order changes the bag or destination, review the packaging and instructions again rather than reusing files without checking their applicability.
Compare the purchasing scope
