PRODUCT & ORDER QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Can DryCross review a custom waterproof bicycle bag with my logo?
Yes. Supply the chosen frame bag or pannier, artwork, quantities, material preference and intended bicycle fit. DryCross will review branding compatibility, construction changes, sampling and current MOQ before quoting.
What is the difference between a frame bag and a bicycle pannier?
The frame model attaches inside the main bicycle triangle with straps. The pannier models attach to a rear rack and provide a different carrying layout. Match the bag format to frame or rack geometry, equipment space and rider clearance.
Are these bags universally compatible with bicycles and racks?
No universal fit is established by the supplied references. Check tube sizes, strap reach, hook spacing, lower retention, heel clearance and access using the intended bicycle and an approved sample.
Does waterproof PVC mean the whole bag can be submerged?
No completed-bag IPX or submersion certificate is provided. The shell, seams, zipper or roll-top closure and external pockets require an agreed test for the intended weather exposure.
Is the yellow commuting pannier 30L per bag or per pair?
The supplied title references 30L, but the usable volume and per-bag or set basis are not clear. Confirm the model drawing, closure position and measured capacity before applying that number to retail packaging.
What should a wholesale custom bicycle bag brief include?
Specify the bag format, target dimensions and capacity, frame or rack fit, materials, closure, mounting hardware, pockets, logo artwork, quantity and destination. Ask the quotation to state single bags versus pairs and all included accessories.
