01 / PROCUREMENT
Choose how much you need to change
Use an existing bag when its shape and construction already fit your collection. Send your artwork to discuss branding. If you need a different capacity, fabric, closure or pocket layout, describe those changes together so we can assess development and production requirements. A stock sample and a fully custom sample answer different questions; specify which you need.
Review the product and factory evidence
Use the published product collection, workshop and company materials, and customization overview as references. Ask for order-specific details before approval.
02 / PROCUREMENT
Define the bag around its intended use
A kayaking accessory, promotional giveaway and retail outdoor product may need different carrying hardware, print durability and packing. Tell us what the bag will carry, how customers will use it and which claims you intend to make. We will discuss the construction and evidence needed for that particular product; a generic waterproof claim should not substitute for sample evaluation.
03 / PROCUREMENT
Compare material and construction options
Our customization materials include PVC and TPU options. Ask us to review the exact fabric construction, coating, thickness, closure and joining method for your brief. Do not assume two bags made from the same named material have identical performance. Windows, straps, buckles and pockets also affect the specification and quotation.
04 / PROCUREMENT
Approve the sample before production
Review size, usable capacity, logo position, color, closure and accessory placement together. Record the agreed specification and sample approval before bulk production. Discuss the inspection scope and acceptance criteria when quoting so both teams evaluate the same details. Production timing is confirmed after the specification, materials and order requirements are reviewed.
Choose the right sourcing route
| Route | Best fit | Prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Logo on an existing style | A brand launch or promotion using an established bag | Artwork, placement, colors and quantity |
| Full customization | A product requiring changed dimensions or construction | Drawing or reference, capacity, materials and components |
The quotation confirms the scope for your selected model and order.
Turn your custom dry bag idea into a quotation brief
For a custom project, the most useful starting point is a reference bag plus a clear list of changes. Separate the features you must have from those you can adapt. This lets the DryCross team assess the model, material and sample work against your budget and intended use.
Send these five details with your first inquiry
- Target capacity and a reference image, model or drawing.
- Quantity by size and color, including your initial order and any expected repeat orders.
- Changes to fabric, closure, straps, pockets or window construction.
- Logo artwork, desired placement and packaging requirements.
- Delivery country, target arrival date and any required product tests.
Request the details you need to approve the next step
Ask for the proposed specification, minimum quantity, sample cost and timing, unit pricing for your quantity, packaging scope and shipment terms. Review any assumptions before approving a sample. If you only need branding on an existing bag, use our custom logo dry bag service; for production to an established technical specification, review OEM dry bag manufacturing.
Low MOQ custom dry bags: planning a 50-piece first order
Buyer answer: For a low MOQ custom dry bag order of 50 pieces, start by reviewing logo customization on an existing style. Light customization typically starts from 50 pieces; full customization typically starts from 100 pieces. Final minimums depend on the model, materials, components and variant mix.
Use the first batch to evaluate a defined product
Choose one reference style and describe the logo, colors, packaging and intended use. Ask whether the proposed allocation meets the model-specific minimum. Do not assume a 50-piece total can be split across any number of styles or colors.
Separate branding from a new bag construction
Changing dimensions, closure or component layout can alter development work and production minimums. If you need a new construction, send the complete brief for an OEM review. Confirm the sample scope and specification before deciding on the first order quantity.
Buyer questions
Can I order low MOQ custom dry bags at 50 pcs?
Ask about light logo customization on an existing model. The typical starting quantity is 50 pieces, but the model, artwork and color mix must be reviewed before the order minimum is confirmed.
