Tell the team how the operator issues, carries, returns and stores the bag. List the expected contents and the environment in which customers use it. Review a sample with the same handover procedure rather than judging only the front appearance. Existing models can be considered as candidates; they are not presented here as proven rental fleet products or as having a measured number of use cycles.

Plan fleet identification and customer instructions

A recognizable mark can help staff separate models or size groups. Describe the required logo, identification position and any numbering scheme for feasibility review. Check readability on the closed bag and make the closure procedure understandable at handover. Do not describe the bag as safety equipment or promise unrestricted submersion. Instructions should reflect the selected model and the performance evidence available for its intended use.

Agree the care guidance for the selected material

Request material-specific advice before deciding on cleaners, soaking, drying or storage methods. The correct routine can depend on coatings, printing, pockets and hardware. This page does not prescribe a universal disinfectant or cleaning chemical. If the operator has a mandatory care process, disclose it before sampling and ask for compatibility review. Identify whether that process affects the proposed artwork or components as well as the storage compartment.

Define a return inspection and withdrawal rule

Create an operator checklist for closure function, visible damage, carrying parts and any agreed performance check. Record the issues staff must escalate or remove from service, with reference to the supplier instructions and your operating requirements. A photograph of an intact bag is not evidence of its condition after repeated rentals. Agree how replacement samples or components will be reviewed; do not assume interchangeable fittings across different models.

Control replenishment orders by specification

List fleet quantities by style, capacity and color and retain the approved artwork revision. Ask which parts of the model are expected to stay consistent in later orders and how substitutions will be disclosed. Keep the same sample reference for comparison, while requesting current availability and shipping terms each time. A fleet reorder should be reviewed against the actual construction rather than the category name or a previous quoted price.
