01 / PROCUREMENT
Evaluate the manufacturer beyond the product photo
Use our factory page to review supplied workshop, equipment and company materials. Ask for the documents relevant to your order, including the holder name, scope and validity of any certificate. A document shown for reference does not establish that every product meets every certification or destination requirement.
Review the product and factory evidence
Use the published product collection, workshop and company materials, and customization overview as references. Ask for order-specific details before approval.
02 / PROCUREMENT
Review the whole waterproof construction
A dry bag combines fabric, seams, closure and carrying components. Request a review of the joining process, closure instructions and likely use conditions for your selected model. Ask which checks apply to the exact sample. Compare suppliers using the same specification rather than relying on the word waterproof alone.
03 / PROCUREMENT
Compare samples against a written acceptance brief
List the dimensions, appearance, capacity, print placement and accessory requirements your team will inspect. Clarify any leak or performance testing and its conditions before ordering. Agree what happens if the production specification changes. Keep the approved sample and written specification together as references for the bulk order.
04 / PROCUREMENT
Separate stock sourcing from new development
Stock orders can start from one piece, subject to model availability. Light branding and full custom projects have different typical minimums and development needs. Ask us to confirm availability, production scheduling and shipping for your destination; published capacity is not a guarantee that a production slot is reserved for your order.
Choose the right sourcing route
| Route | Best fit | Prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Factory review | Supplier shortlist and due diligence | Workshop materials and applicable documents |
| Product review | Compare the actual bag you intend to buy | Selected sample and agreed acceptance criteria |
The quotation confirms the scope for your selected model and order.
